Happy Late Easter!
It was fun to have grandma and grandpa Griffiths over this year! This morning Anne was still asking for Grandma.
We did the egg hunt at a park this year. It made for a much better egg hunt.
We went to see the baby horses at the university Easter morning.
Anne's art has been getting very good. A few months ago she started drawing people: 1- draw circle for head, 2-draw eyes (now with eyeballs but they started as swirls), 3-draw arms from middle of head (but now arms have been replaced by earrings), 6-draw lines from bottom of head for legs, 5-add lines above head for hair, 6-girls get eyelashes.
Anne did this today. Do you see the smile and the three eyes (blue, green, yellow)? (earrings, not arms)

So the girls get eye lashes?? You should tell her to take a closer look at her cousin Alex. Then maybe she'll start adding eye lashes to boys too!! She is so darn cute! I love the glitter eggs!!
Cute, cute kiddos! How fun to have Grandma and Grandpa Griffiths for Easter--Nicole did tell me that Anne said she was missing her grandma, and I think it made that grandma's entire year! So sweet. Nicole was making Anne's cute green sweater with a hood, as requested--it's beautiful, of course, and I'm sure Anne will love it. She's so funny and smart! We miss both your whole family! I LOVE the picture of your family at the top of your blog. It captures such a great moment! Good luck with the next few months--we're excited for another Griffiths baby to join the family! I love the name "Lucy;" it fits so well with "Anne" and "Ruby," I think! Love you guys!
Really fun times! I know Mom and Dad LOVED visiting you and yes, she is excitedly making the sweater for Anne and now my girls have submitted orders. She will be knitting into the next century!!
